Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.
All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process. Packages normally arrive to international destinations within 5-10 business days, depending on which country and how remote the location. The further the distance from Indonesia, the longer the delivery time.

IMPORTANT: FedEx & DHL require a signature for delivery and therefore will not accept a PO BOX as a valid address.
• Please remember to fill in your telephone number with country code as DHL requires this so they can easily contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.
• Once your package has been collected for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking number, where you can then opt-in to receive shipping updates via email or SMS.
Further Notes about International Shipping:
All International orders are posted with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and as we use a fully traced postage company we have not ever had a parcel go missing. Please advise if you would like to insure your parcel at additional cost and we can organize this for you.

Every now and then, we run promotional offers where we gift free shipping to qualifying orders. Unfortunately, we can only offer this to countries that have reasonable shipping rates. We call these “Tier 1” countries. If you are not located in a tier 1 country, we apologize, but we will ask you to cover your own shipping. This is so we can keep the business running and continue to bring you more designs.

We hope that you love your Codes, however if you change your mind, we will happily offer a refund (excluding sales items) for the value of your purchase, minus the outgoing shipping cost.
You will be responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for loss of garments being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.
All items must be returned in the original packaging in unworn and re-sellable condition, with original tags attached. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to issue your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please note that there is No Refund or Exchange on Sale Items (unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout)
What about if the garments are faulty?
If you think there has been something that we have missed in our quality control, let us know via email (email@example.com) or our on-site chat and provide as much information as possible about your garment.
We will not accept a refund for garments that have not been cared for properly, so treat your Codes as per the care instructions on the tag.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Yes, that's fine. Make sure they are still in new, unworn condition with original tags and within 14 days of date of delivery. You'll just have to pay for the return shipping. Best to contact us beforehand and we'll help you out from there.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
