Job Title: Affiliate Manager

About Us:

Royal Codes is a growing fashion brand with a strong community of dedicated followers. We’re looking for a part-time Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our affiliate and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about building relationships that drive sales and brand awareness. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the program expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Royal Codes’ affiliate and influencer program, focusing on recruiting new partners and nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop strategies to increase affiliate sales and drive brand visibility through influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with affiliates to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to promote Royal Codes effectively.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing monthly reporting on KPIs such as sales, engagement, and ROI.
• Proactively seek new partnership opportunities, both in Bali and globally, to expand the affiliate network.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to the affiliate program to drive further growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing affiliate or influencer programs, with a track record of growing sales through partnerships.
• Proficiency in Slack, Notion, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture partnerships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Knowledge of the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus.
