• Return window: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Not eligible for return or exchange: clearance and final sale items, and anything bought at 20% off or more.

How to Return

1. Go to our returns portal and enter your order details.
2. Choose store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.
3. Send your items back within the 14 day return window.

Return Shipping Costs

Return protection is offered at checkout as Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchange + Package Protection. It gives you a free return shipping label for store credit or an exchange, and protects your package from loss or damage. If you don't add it, you are responsible for return shipping and for package loss or damage.

Free return shipping applies to store credit and exchanges only.

United States

• With return protection (added at checkout): returns for store credit or an exchange are free, and you'll receive a prepaid label through the returns portal.
• Refunds to your original payment method: return shipping is not covered, even with return protection. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
• Without return protection: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Canada

• With return protection (added at checkout): returns for store credit or an exchange are free, and you'll receive a prepaid label through the returns portal.
• Refunds to your original payment method: return shipping is not covered, even with return protection. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
• Without return protection: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All Other Countries

Returns and exchanges are welcome, but return shipping is at your own cost. Return protection is currently only available in the US and Canada, and we're working to bring it to more countries.

Sale Items

Clearance and final sale items, and any item purchased at 20% off or more, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This applies even if you added return protection at checkout.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for refund or exchange, every item must be:

• In new condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned with all tags attached

Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.

Defective Items

Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.
