Return Policy

• Return window: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 
  
• Condition: new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Not eligible: clearance and final sale items, and anything bought at 20% off or more.

How to Return

1. Go to our returns portal and enter your order details.
2. Choose store credit or an exchange.
3. Send your items back within the 14 day return window.

Return Shipping Costs

United States

• With Redo free returns + exchange protection (added at checkout): returns are free, and you'll receive a prepaid label through the returns portal.
• Without it: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Canada

• With Redo free international returns + exchange protection (added at checkout): returns are free, and you'll receive a prepaid label through the returns portal.
• Without it: you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All Other Countries

Returns and exchanges are welcome, but return shipping is at your own cost. Return protection is currently only available in the US and Canada, and we're working to bring it to more countries.

Sale Items

Clearance and final sale items, and any item purchased at 20% off or more, are not eligible for exchange. This applies even if you added return protection at checkout.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, every item must be:

• In new condition
• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned with all tags attached

We cannot accept items that smell of perfume, have makeup or deodorant marks, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair. No refund will be issued for these.

Defective Items

Please report any defect before the item is worn, washed, or has its tags removed.
