The website www.theroyalcodes.com (the Site) is owned and operated by sole proprietor Katherine H Sawyer. The following sets out the terms and conditions that govern use of the Site.

Use of the Site constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions. Royal Codes may, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and those modifications will become binding once displayed on the Site.

Liability

Royal Codes is not liable for any loss or damages caused through the use of the Site and/or its affiliates.

By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge and agree that 'Royal Codes' affiliates and Katherine H Sawyer are not responsible or liable for:
1. Any content, including without limitation, any infringing, obscene, indecent, threatening, offensive, defamatory, tortuous, or illegal content; or

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Royal Codes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Royal Codes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Royal Codes shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of taxes and are shown in United States dollars. The prices displayed on the Site may change at any time.

Orders

An order placed by you on the Site for an item is only an offer by you to purchase an item for the price as displayed on the Site. Royal Codes reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatever. Your contract with Royal Codes will only come into existence when Royal Codes advises you by email that it has accepted your order and confirmed receipt of your payment.

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed.

Order Cancellations and Amendments

Royal Codes does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment by email. However if an order has not been processed for delivery, changes, additions or cancellations may still be possible. Royal Codes will confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an email.

Payment

The Site currently accepts payment by paypal and credit card via paypal. Credit card payments will be processed through paypal's secured payment gateway.

Delivery

Orders are only delivered to your nominated address between Monday to Friday during business hours. All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Royal Codes when you place an order through the Site. Our orders are sent from Indonesia via EMS International postage and orders can be fully tracked once dispatched. The customer will receive an email within 24 hours of their order being dispatched with details of how to track their order. Delivery to Australia generally takes 3-5 business days after processing and delivery outside of Australia generally takes 4-10 days after processing.

Royal Codes will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, partial deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Postage on back order products will be at the expense of Royal Codes. Royal Codes will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered into the Site.

Acceptance of Goods

All items are quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying Royal Codes of any faults within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

Warranties

All warranties offered are those of the manufacturer and will be processed according to each products warranty guidelines.

Faulty Goods

Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.

All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense. If the item is inspected and considered 'Faulty', Royal Codes will refund in full the original cost of the item and reimburse for any postage incurred to return the item to us.

In the event of items being exchanged it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage and full postage of the exchange item back to them. Full postage for exchange items is charged at $22 USD (but may vary depending on what country and the weight of the item being exchanged).

In the event of a return and request for refund, the customer will return the item at their own cost and will be provided with a full refund of the item, minus the cost of the original full shipping amount from Indonesia (and not the subsidized postage amount charged to the customer with the original sale). The customer can be provided on request with a copy of the receipt to prove the initial shipping cost. Roughly the shipping cost to Australia is between $22.50 and $30, depending on how may items and weight. International shipping usually costs between $27.50 and $45 depending on the country, number of items and weight.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.
