Shipping Policy
We have recently upgraded our shipping processes and now fulfill all orders from our US based warehouse directly to you!
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but can take between 3-5 business days for regular orders and up to 10 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS
We offer free shipping for US orders of $250 or more & international orders of $350 or more.
Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.
All orders are shipped by carrier and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.
• Please remember to fill in your telephone number with country code as DHL requires this so they can easily contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.
• Once your package has been collected for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking number, where you can then opt-in to receive shipping updates via email or SMS.
Further Notes about International Shipping:
All International orders are posted with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and as we use a fully traced postage company we have not ever had a parcel go missing. Please advise if you would like to insure your parcel at additional cost and we can organize this for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
If you purchased the $2.98 free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the $2.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, or if you are located outside of the US, you will be responsible for returning the product.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.
