Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.

Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.
Please note that clearance/final sale items and any items sold at a 20% discount or higher are not eligible for exchange (even if you purchased return assurance at checkout)
US Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Canadian Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free intl returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free intl return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
International Customers (outside of US & Canada):
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return assurance at this time. Returns & exchanges are possible, but you will be liable to pay for the return shipping. We are working with our return assurance provider to be able to offer coverage to as many countries as possible, but currently it is limited to US & Canada. Australia will be available soon, but the specific date is not certain yet.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

I ordered this top during the Black Friday sale so I couldn’t qualify for a return or an exchange which is a bummer. The sizing for this bikini is very off unfortunately. If you’re thinking about ordering this top, size down maybe even 2 sizes. I was looking for a new black bikini and I’m very bummed I’ll have to order a whole new top (and I’m worried that one will still be too big). I love everything else I’ve ever ordered from royal codes. I always feel so confident in RC clothes, but this one is extremely unflattering for smaller chested women.

I feel like I could wear this top out dancing too. It's so pretty and fits great for a woman with small bust. I'm about 95 pounds and wear 32B if I'm lucky. It beautiful on.
