All orders are shipped by either USPS/UPS/DHL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.
Please note that clearance/final sale items and any items sold at a 20% discount or higher are not eligible for exchange (even if you purchased return assurance at checkout)
US Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Canadian Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free intl returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free intl return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
International Customers (outside of US & Canada):
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return assurance at this time. Returns & exchanges are possible, but you will be liable to pay for the return shipping. We are working with our return assurance provider to be able to offer coverage to as many countries as possible, but currently it is limited to US & Canada. Australia will be available soon, but the specific date is not certain yet.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.

The Juliette top has become one of my staples! I love the coverage on the arms but the open beauty of the bust. It makes me feel like a true Goddess! It pairs well with the demi skort, jeans, and everything in between! I just wish it wasn't so hot in Florida so I could wear it more!

This is my first long sleeve shirt that I've actually liked wearing (not just from RC!) I used to find them a bit uncomfortable, but the buttery-soft fabric feels great against my skin. I sized up for this top (normally I'm a S) to take into account the design of the sleeves and I'm glad I did. Sometimes smaller sizes will be too tight around the armpit area. Hoping that the matching pants will be restocked soon in my size!
