Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.
All orders are shipped by either USPS/UPS/DHL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.
Please note that clearance/final sale items and any items sold at a 20% discount or higher are not eligible for exchange (even if you purchased return assurance at checkout)
US Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Canadian Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free intl returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free intl return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
International Customers (outside of US & Canada):
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return assurance at this time. Returns & exchanges are possible, but you will be liable to pay for the return shipping. We are working with our return assurance provider to be able to offer coverage to as many countries as possible, but currently it is limited to US & Canada. Australia will be available soon, but the specific date is not certain yet.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

If you're thinking about it, just buy it. I'm a weightlifter and muscular lady, so I try to be careful about dresses that will flatter my shape; but I'd imagine this would flatter anybody. It's wildly comfortable and made me feel the sexiest I've ever felt in my life. Bought it to wear for a resort vacation and my partner said it was my favorite look I've ever worn out with him - EVER. He wanted to go to the casino and I don't gamble, so I passed some time wandering around the resort - I was hit on 4 times 😂 I've never felt so amazing, what can only be described as elevated. The high slit really makes you feel like a goddess. 10/10, just buy the dress. (I'm 5'1, petite, and usually fall between S/M but prefer a tighter fit, so I got the small and it fit wonderfully. The dress doesn't even drag which is a miracle for shorties like me :))
