All orders are shipped from our US based warehouse directly to you!
Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.
FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS
Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.
All orders are shipped by either USPS/UPS/DHL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days after delivery.
Please note that clearance/final sale items and any items sold at a 20% discount or higher are not eligible for exchange (even if you purchased return assurance at checkout)
US Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Canadian Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free intl returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free intl return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
International Customers (outside of US & Canada):
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return assurance at this time. Returns & exchanges are possible, but you will be liable to pay for the return shipping. We are working with our return assurance provider to be able to offer coverage to as many countries as possible, but currently it is limited to US & Canada. Australia will be available soon, but the specific date is not certain yet.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item.
Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.

These pants fit like a dream! The fabric is incredibly soft and flattering, and the cut makes my legs look so long. Super comfortable, elegant, and perfect for both everyday wear and nights out. Definitely one of my new favorites! I m 5.5 and 150 lbs i ordered M size regular height, i could go with S and shorter one!

The material of these pants are so soft and breathable. They sit perfectly right below the belly button. I am more of a high waisted girl , but these fit so well.

I absolutely love these pants. I got The full cheetah set to celebrate my birthday goddess gathering and it couldn’t be more perfect! I got the size Small Petite since I’m 5’4 and ~150 ish lbs and it fits well, and is super stretchy but I would Say is almost too short for me. If the pants ride up it’s kind of by my ankles, but if I pull Them down it’s perfect. Debating on getting the regular length though to see if it’s better. These pants are extremely stretchy, soft, and so comfortable I could Wear them everyday!!

And totally hear you about the Petite length. At 5’4”, you’re right at that in-between height where both can work, but Regular might give you that extra comfort and drape.
