Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.
All orders are shipped by either USPS/UPS/DHL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.

US Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and US customers will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
Canadian Customers:
If you purchased the Redo free intl returns + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and will receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the Redo free intl return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
International Customers (outside of US & Canada):
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer return assurance at this time. Returns & exchanges are possible, but you will be liable to pay for the return shipping. We are working with our return assurance provider to be able to offer coverage to as many countries as possible, but currently it is limited to US & Canada. Australia will be available soon, but the specific date is not certain yet.

I absolutely love these pants. I got The full cheetah set to celebrate my birthday goddess gathering and it couldn’t be more perfect! I got the size Small Petite since I’m 5’4 and ~150 ish lbs and it fits well, and is super stretchy but I would Say is almost too short for me. If the pants ride up it’s kind of by my ankles, but if I pull Them down it’s perfect. Debating on getting the regular length though to see if it’s better. These pants are extremely stretchy, soft, and so comfortable I could Wear them everyday!!

And totally hear you about the Petite length. At 5’4”, you’re right at that in-between height where both can work, but Regular might give you that extra comfort and drape.

I ordered both the Freya and Juno split pants and they were sized quite differently on me. I’m 5’4” 120lbs with a booty. I ordered both pants in a small petite (though I probably could’ve gone regular length). The juno pants fit perfectly, while the Freya pants felt like too much material for my frame. They were loose around the waist, a little baggy in the crotch when i moved around, and about 2in too short. None of these things would’ve been deal breakers separately, but in combination just wasn’t the right fit for me. The tight hips but loose everywhere else look made me look rather boxy as well. They were still very comfortable and a beautiful color, so I would consider trying these pants again in an xs, regular length.
Thank you for your feedback, lovely! The Freya is meant to have that flowy, thigh-down flare, so if you prefer something more fitted through the hips and thighs, the Bella Pant might be a better match for your shape. It has the same comfy feel but with a slimmer silhouette until the knee.

Activated my inner goddess! ✨ I now have these in crimson red and black, and I wear them for everything! Work, lounging and going out. They have the perfect amount of stretch, and I’d recommend them 100%.
I also don’t find them overly see-through like some reviews mentioned. If you get the right size, they don’t overstretch. For reference, I’m 5’1”, 120 lbs, and I order the petite medium. ❤️
